Brian has been in the insurance industry specializing in personal and commercial insurance since 1991. Prior to being President of Downs & Associates, Inc. since 2001, Brian was a remodeling contractor in the DC area and is now a Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS) in the insurance industry so he specializes in contractors and the trades.
He earned his Certified Remodeler Associate (CRA) designation over a decade ago and became Lead Certified so he could better understand the current needs, concerns and issues contractors now face.
